Surely there was a proofreader available. Well written, humorous at times and horrifying at others, this book gives a great deal of factual insight into the state of policing and politics in the fair city of Savannah. Easy to stay with and read straight through.

But I am just a Savannah resident and I think to truly understand this book, one must be affiliated with police work and able to relate to Grogan's narrative and the day-to-day grind of a police officer. I found myself agreeing with Grogan on alot of his observations, thoughts and suppositions on proactive policing, the judicial system and the current evolution of social and news media. He was a husband, and father to two young children.
